Allison Craig has taught Pilates since 2005 and is a licensed physical therapist with a background in pelvic health and women's wellness. Every class draws on anatomy, injury prevention, and rehabilitation, so the work is effective, approachable, and adaptable to whatever your body needs that day.

A mix of low-impact bodyweight exercises and classical Pilates mat exercises. Lots of core work, stretching, hip, knee, and shoulder mobility, with plenty of modifications for all skill levels and all ages.
